Signature Homes is loved by loyal customers, but they wanted to increase awareness of the brand, expand their target market and create more raving fans. The challenge presented is very daunting considering they already account for 80% of the market. We developed a strategy to target apartment-dwellers, newlyweds, and young singles who may not have considered buying a home.

The Idea
We focused on implementing a multi-layered branding and media strategy that would bring Signature Homes to the forefront of homebuyers’ minds as the elite choice when considering a new home. We created a direct mail campaign that highlighted the frustrations of apartment living and showed that a Signature Home is a luxurious yet affordable alternative.

The Results
Targeted direct mail, email blasts, social media, and search engine marketing saturated the local apartment population and created a buzz that led interested buyers straight to Signature Homes.
